II Assembly of the bike
Start to assemble the bike from screwing the front fork (2) with the front wheel (3) using
screws and washers (5&6) and mounting keys (11) (Fig. A). Slide the obtained element in
frame (1). Note the correct installation of handlebar limiter (Fig. B). Then put the metal ring
(9) and handlebar (4) on the top part of the fork previously loosening screws of the handlebar
in order to facilitate the fitting (Fig. C). Once the handlebar is slid on the upper part of the
fork, tighten the screws again. Note! The handlebar must be tightened to the maximum.
Secure he opening in the handlebar from the top with a screw and the overlay (7&8) (Fig. D).
Note! Tighten the screw (7) in such a way as to be able to freely move the handlebar while
leaving clearance between the bolt and cap. Remove the screw from the bell (10). Place the
bell on the handlebar and tighten it with a mounting screw. The cover (12) should be placed
on the underside of the frame (Fig. E) You can adjust the height of the seat using the screw
located at the tube. Remember that the minimum bracket slide mark must be fully hidden in
the frame (slide the seat in such a way so that the arrow on the support is inside the tube)
(Fig. F).
NOTE! Before each use check if all the connecting elements (screw, nuts) are well-adjusted.
Small parts must be kept out of the reach of children.
III Maintenance and cleaning, storage
Clean the product with a damp cloth or sponge. Protect from dust, moisture, water, high and
very low temperatures, falls, etc.
