Filling the Tank
NOTICE! Before unscrewing the filler cap, make sure the pressure connection is disconnected and there
is no pressure in the tank.
1.
Unscrew the filler cap on top of the device.
IMPORTANT! When using foam concentrate, it's recommended to prepare the solution in a separate
container and then pour it into the foam machine tank. This ensures proper mixing with water.
2.
Fill the tank up to 3/4 of its capacity.
3.
Screw the filler cap back on.
IMPORTANT! Before connecting the pressure, ensure the lance hose is attached to the device.
Connecting compressed air to the tank without the lance attached will result in an uncontrolled release of the
agent from the lance connection.
4.
Connect the compressed air connection. THE DEVICE IS READY FOR USE NOW.
Applying Foam
Pressing the lance trigger will start spraying the agent. Apply the agent as directed by the manufacturer. If
using on machines, refer to the machine manufacturer's cleaning and maintenance recommendations.
IMPORTANT! When applying outdoors, please pay close attention to the wind direction; DO NOT work
against the wind as it may blow the agent onto the operator.
Depending on the surface, be cautious of slipping, and maintain a stable position.
IMPORTANT! Nothing can replace your common-sense during operation! Assess the situation and make
prudent decisions! Never work under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and keep your workspace organized.
