8. USABLE AND NON-USABLE UTENSILS
1. Usable Pans

9. ERROR CODES
If there are any disruptions in the device operation and the display will show an error code check with the table
below if the problem can be solved before you contact the customer service or supplier.
Error Codes
E1
Internal temperature of the
appliance is too high.
E2
The temperature of the cookware
is too high. Possibly, the cookware
becomes empty and appliance will
shut down for protection.
E3
Protection of over-low or over-high
voltage,or impact current.
10. HOW TO CLEAN
1. Disconnect plug and wait until the unit is cooled down completely. Clean after using every time.
2. If the pots/pans are used without being cleaned, discoloration or cooked on stains may be caused.
3. Do not use benzine, thinner, scrubbing brush or polishing powder to clean the induction cooker.
4. Wipe using dish washing agent and damp cloth.
5. Use vacuum cleaner to suck up dirt from the air intake and exhaust vent.
6. Never run water over the unit (Water gets inside may cause malfunction).

Solution
Made sure there is a minimum distance of 10cm
between the ventilation slot and any obstruction
such as a wall or other appliances. Unplug, let the
appliance cool down, plug back in and switch ON
the appliance.
Check and clean the air inlet and outlet if they
are blocked.
Unplug the appliance, remove the cookware, wait
until the appliance is completely cool down.
Make sure the appliance is connected to the
correct input voltage.
