Problem:
The burner
does not turn
on

If you cannot resolve the problem according to one of the solutions mentioned, please contact your
responsible dealer or dealer.
Condition:
The control knob is not in the
Maximum position (large flame).
Gas regulator valve is closed/empty.
Blockage in the injector.
Air in the gas circuit.
Low gas pressure.
The lighter fails.
Dirt buildup around the burner.
Low or not full flames circulating
around the burner.
The thermocouple is not working
correctly.
Low gas pressure.
The outside temperature is above
5˚C and the gas cylinder is less than
25% full.
The gas line is bent or twisted.
The control knob is fully in the
Maximum (large flame) position.
Dirty or film on the burner.
Burner ports are blocked.
Obstruction in the burner.
Suggested solution:
Turn the control knob to the Maximum (large
flame) position.
Open the valve / Replace the gas cylinder
with a new one.
Clean or replace the injector.
Open the gas line and purge it (by pushing
the control knob in) for no more than 1
minute or until you smell gas.
Replace the gas bottle with a new one.
Use a match to light the burner; change the
battery or get a new igniter and replace it.
Clean dirt around the burner.
Flame spreader holes partially closed; clean
the burner.
Replace the thermocouple (FSD).
Replace the gas cylinder with a new one.
Replace the gas cylinder with a new one.
Straighten the hose and perform a leak test
on the gas line.
Turn the control knob to the "OFF" position,
allow it to cool to room temperature, and
check that the burner and orifices are not
blocked.
Clean the burner.
Turn off the device. Close the gas regulator
valve. Wait 2 minutes, following the ignition
procedure. Turn on the burner. If the problem
persists, turn it off. Get in contact with your
distributor.
Turn the control knob to the "OFF" position,
allow the appliance to cool to room
temperature, remove the blockage, and clean
the burner inside and out.
