– Connect the power cable. A buzzer sounds and all
LEDs and the display flash for 1 second. The display
(5) shows "L" and the device is ready for operation.
Note: The child safety lock is activated
when the display shows "L". All button
except the Unlock buttons and the Power
on/off button[ ] (8) are deactivated.
– Press the [−] (4) and [+] (6) buttons simultane-
ously for 2 seconds in order to deactivate or acti-
vate the child safety lock.
• You can activate the child safety lock while cook-
ing. The device retains the configured settings.
– Press the on-off button [ ] (8). The device is now
in standby mode.
– Press the button[

intervals of minutes. Keep the buttons pressed for
at least 3 seconds in order to set the cooking time

buttons.

– The fan continues to work for 1 minute after the

– Only adjust the power to high as necessary.

What to do when something doesn't work...

will no longer operate safely. This endan-
gers you and your environment.
In many cases, small defects can lead to a malfunc-
tion. You will usually be able to deal with these your-
self. Please consult the following table before con-
tacting the store department. This may save you a lot
of effort and quite often money.

Check the cable, plug, and the fuse.
Turn on the device.
Remedies
Use only cookware suitable for in-
duction with a diameter of 12-26 cm.
Place the cookware in the center of
the hotplate.
Check whether the air outlet is
blocked and whether the machine
goes back to the normal state after
cooling down. If the device is still not
working properly, contact your deal-
er.
Check whether the device is con-
nected to a properly installed power
socket.
