Battery warning:
This product contains a battery or batteries.
•
Use batteries correctly to avoid injury or fire caused by leakage, overheating, explosion,
corrosion, or other damage.
•
Keep new and used batteries out of the reach of children or other vulnerable persons. If
the battery compartment no longer closes properly, stop using the product.
•
If the liquid from an alkaline battery comes in contact with the skin and/or eyes, rinse them
immediately with clean water and consult a doctor.
•
If an alkaline battery fluid leak occurs, wipe off the fluid with a rag and replace the battery
with a new one.
•
Do not swallow the battery(ies). If swallowed, a battery can cause severe internal burns
in 2 hours and can cause death. If the batteries are swallowed, contact a poison control
centre immediately and consult a doctor.
•
Use AA Ni-MH, alkaline, or lithium batteries.
•
Do not charge these batteries. Charging non-rechargeable batteries results in gas and/or
heat emissions which may cause explosions and/or fires.
•
Do not use different types of batteries or new and old batteries at the same time.
•
Insert the batteries with the correct polarity (+ and -).
•
Do not put the same poles of the batteries in contact with each other.
•
Quickly remove dead batteries. Risk of battery explosion if incorrectly replaced or if the
device isn't used for a long time.
•
Replace the battery with the same or equivalent model.
•
The batteries (or battery pack or rechargeable battery) should not be exposed to excessive
heat, such as sunlight, fire, etc.
•
Do not heat batteries or throw them into fire or water.
•
Do not remove batteries with metal tweezers, and do not use any metal object such as a
pen tip or pliers. Avoid deforming, crushing or puncturing the batteries.
•
Do not disassemble the batteries.
•
Cover the ends of the batteries with tape to prevent explosions and combustion when you
need to dispose of them.

•
Do not throw away batteries with ordinary household waste.
•
When disposing of batteries, be sure to follow local disposal regulations.
