1. A program with "Mic only" setting is NOT being used.
2. The program switch is in the correct position for use with an external audio
device. You may need to verify your processor program settings with your
implant professional.
3. The external device is turned on and set to an appropriate volume level.
Only connect battery-operated devices into the auxiliary connector. Do not connect
to mains powered devices (e.g. TV, computer) unless using a mains isolation
cable. For further information, contact your clinician or an Advanced Bionics
representative.
Cleaning
Use only a damp cloth to wipe the part(s). Do not expose any part of the system to
additional solvents (e.g., soap, bleach).
IP Rating Information
The Neptune Connect carries a rating of IP44. This rating indicates that the Neptune
system when using the Neptune Connect is protected against the following conditions:
