Take care to ensure that the FM receiver pins match the size and orientation of the
holes on the Neptune Connect Euro port connector.
Note: If recipient does not hear FM input, verify that:
1. A program with "Mic only" setting is NOT being used.
2. The program switch is in the correct position for use with a personal FM.
You may need to verify your processor program settings with your implant
professional.
3. The FM transmitter has been synced with the FM receiver.

To remove the FM receiver, gently pull the FM receiver straight out of the Neptune
Connect.
Performing a Listening Check of FM
•
Ensure that the receiver is attached to the Neptune sound processor and synced
to the FM transmitter.
•
Connect the headphones to the 3.5mm auxiliary connector on the side of the
Neptune Connect.
•
Place the headphones/earbuds on an unaided listener's ears.
•
Slide the program switch to the monitor position (∆).
