wine bottles. Do not use for sparkling wine bottles. Be careful when
uncorking the bottles with natural corks if the aging of wine is more than
15 years, as the cork can crumble during the extraction process. This
device is not intended for use by children or by persons with reduced
physical, mental or intellectual abilities unless they have sufficient
experience and knowledge of how to use the device and are supervised
by a person responsible for their safety. Do not place the device under
running water or immerse it in water or other liquids. Do not use
aggressive detergents or other substances, not recommended for food
contact items, for cleaning. It is not recommended to use the device
outdoors: liquid or small foreign particles entering the device may result
in its malfunction. Do not try to speed up the uncorking process, do not
pull on the device. Do not touch the moving parts of the device during
its operation. Do not touch the blades of the foil cutter and do not try
to sharpen the blades. Do not press the upper and lower parts of the
cork removal/ejection button simultaneously. Use only the original
micro-USB cable supplied for charging the device. Do not use the cable
with other incompatible devices. Do not allow the device to drop. Do not
disassemble the device or attempt to repair it yourself.
Preparing for Operation
Open the packaging and remove the device and accessories. Remove
any packaging materials. Fully charge the device: connect the supplied
micro-USB cable (6) to the micro-USB port (1) and then connect it to a
power supply (see Fig. II). The charging process takes up to 4 hours.
ATTENTION! In case of transportation or long-term storage at low
temperature, the device should be kept at room temperature for at least
2 hours before turning on.
How to Use the Opener
1. Place the wine bottle on a flat, horizontal surface.
Note. The diameter of the bottle neck should be no more than 35
mm and the diameter of the cork should be no more than 24 mm.
2. Remove the foil from the neck: clamp it with a cutter (5) with the
cutting blades facing down; rotate the cutter (see Fig. III-1).
3. Place the wine opener on the bottle neck (see Fig. III-2).
Note. When uncorking the bottle, make sure that the opener is in a vertical
position and that the worm (4) is resting against the center of the cork.
4. Remove the cork from the bottle: press and hold the lower part of
the button (3) for 9 seconds (see Fig. III-3).
5. Remove the opener from the bottle and remove the cork: press and
hold the upper part of the button (3) for 7 seconds (see Fig. III-4).
How to Use the Aerator
Use the aerator (7) to oxygenate the wine and unfold the aroma of the drink:
1. Take the aerator and insert it tightly into the neck of the bottle (see Fig. IV-1).
2. Tilt the bottle with the aerator (see Fig. IV-2) and pour the wine into the glass.
