MAINTENANCE
Après la friture, retirez les morceaux qui flottent dans l'huile.
Après un certain nombre de fritures, filtrer l'huile froide et
laver la cuve à l'eau chaude Détergent Laver le serpentin de
chauffage de la même manière, en faisant attention au bulbe
capillaire du thermostat.
La tête avec les ControJs doit être nettoyée avec un tissu
humide.
NE PAS UTILISER D'EAU COURANTE OU DE SUBSTANCES
CORROSIVES
IMPORTANT : Avant tout nettoyage, débranchez l'appareil du
secteur et attendez que l'huile et les serpentins de chauffage
aient refroidi.

Le fabricant ne peut être tenu responsable des dommages
causés par des personnes ou des choses comme suit :
• Non-respect de ces instructions de service
• Type d'utilisation non prévu ou utilisation par du
personnel non formé
• Emplacements d'installation inadaptés
• Modifications de l'appareil ou réparations par du
personnel non qualifié
• Utilisation de pièces de rechange qui ne sont pas
d'origine
PROBLÈMES FONCTIONNELS
Vérifiez les points suivants :
− que la tension du réseau est activée
− La goupille (B Fig2) est insérée dans la tête.
− que le thermostat de sécurité (G Fig4) est en position
correcte (goupille rouge non abaissée) Le thermostat
de sécurité entre en action lorsque la température de
l'huile dépasse 230°C à cause d'un mauvais
fonctionnement du thermostat de travail (E Fig3).
En cas d'utilisation répétée du thermostat de sécurité,
contactez un technicien qualifié Demandez toujours
l'utilisation de pièces de rechange d'origine lors de son
entretien
SERVICING
After frying remove the bits floating in the oil�
After a certain number of frying sessions, filter the cold oil
and wash the tank with hot water and
detergent� Wash the heating coil in the same way taking care
with the thermostat capillary bulb�
The head with the controJs must be cleaned with a damp
cloth�
DO NOT USE RUNNlNG WATER OR CORROSIVE SUBSTANCES.
IMPORTANT: before carrying out any cleaning operation
disconnect the appliance from the mains and wait for the oil
and heating coils to cool�

FUNCTIONING PROBLEMS
Check the following:
- That the mains voltage is switched on�
- That the pin (B Fig�2) is inserted in the head�
- That the safety thermostat (G Fig�4) is in the correct position
(red pin not lowered)� The safety thermostat is activated when
the oil temperature exceeds 230°C due to the work thermost-
at not functioning (E Fig�3)�
If the safety thermostat is used repeatedly, contact a qualified
technician�
Always request the use of original spare parts during main-
tenance�
