SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The product is intended for charging
lead-acid, gel and AGM batteries. Do not
attempt to use the charger as a DC power
source – risk of electric shock and/or fire.
Check that the mains voltage corresponds
to the rated voltage on the rating plate. If
an extension cord is used the cross-sectional
area of the wires must be dimensioned for
the power supply to the product.
Do not use the product if the power cord
or plug are damaged, if it is not working
properly, after it has been dropped or if
the product is damaged in any other way.
Do not open the product. Repairs must
only be carried out by qualified personnel.
Incorrect installation can cause a fire and/
or electric shock.
Disconnect the battery charger's charging
cables from the battery and pull out the
plug before cleaning.
After charging, pull out the plug. Then
disconnect the cables from the battery.
WARNING! Risk of explosion. Explosive gas
forms during battery charging. Avoid
sources of heat, such as naked flames or
sparks. Ensure good ventilation.
Do not attempt to charge non-
rechargeable batteries.
A damaged power cord or plug must be
replaced by an authorised service centre
or other qualified personnel to ensure
safe use.
First connect to the battery terminal that
is not connected to the chassis. Connect
the other clip to the chassis, at a safe
distance from the battery and fuel lines.
Then connect the battery charger's plug.
The product is not intended to be used by
persons (children or adults) with any form
of functional disorders, or by persons who
do not have sufficient experience or
knowledge on how to use it, unless they
have received instructions concerning the
use of the product from someone who is
responsible for their safety. Keep children

under supervision to make sure they do
not play with the product.
Avoid short circuiting. Short circuiting
discharges large amounts of energy and
can cause a fire and/or serious personal
injury.
