Operation
1. Connect the appliance to the mains power supply.
2. Turn the temperature control to the desired position. The HEAT
indicator light turns on and the appliance starts to heat up.
3. When the set temperature is reached, the HEAT indicator light
turns off.
4. Lower the GN pans with food onto the frame. The HEAT
indicator light turns on again.
5. After use: turn the temperature control to 'OFF' and
disconnect from the power supply.
Note: This appliance is designed to keep food warm. DO NOT use it to reheat or
cook food.
Cleaning, Care & Maintenance
•
Disconnect from the power supply and allow the appliance to cool before cleaning.
•
Never immerse the base in water, nor rinse it under running water. Wipe the surface with a damp
cloth to remove any spillage or residues.
•
Use warm, soapy water and a damp cloth to clean the GN pans and lids.
•
Dry thoroughly after cleaning.
Troubleshooting
A qualified technician must carry out repairs if required.
