Before each use, test the device for locking and
retraction, and inspect according to the manufacturer' s
instructions. Ensure adequate clearance exists in fall zone to
avoid contact with lower level or obstruction. Limit swing falls
by working directly beneath anchor. Exposure to sharp or
serrated structural edges could damage the lifeline. Elevate
anchorage to limit risk of damage or failure, and to reduce clearance
requirements. SRL must be installed onto the worker' s full body

harness. Adhere to the hierarchy of controls described in ANSI Z359.2.

Suitable for horizontal use and for use with horizontal lifelines. Do not
connect to an anchor more than 5 feet below the dorsal D-ring.
Simultaneous connection of both SRL leg connectors to anchor(s)
shall only be done during 100% tie-o transitions.
This product includes a feature that enables
the integral SRLs to be replaced individually.
