Cable ties, 100 mm long.
Work to be performed, in general:
1. Disconnect ground wire from the battery.
2. Mount 7-wire wiring harness and socket.
3. Check function.

For safety reasons, the ground wire must be disconnected from the battery before you begin with
the work. To prevent the loss of data it is recommended to use a back-up unit with standby
current (please follow the manufacturer's instructions)
2. Mount 7-wire wiring harness and socket
Fabia:
Fold floor covering in the trunk forward, remove spare tire locker.
(Only for Combi and Sedan)

Remove the cover from the rear apron or trunk sill.
Remove the left and right covers from the tail lights inside.
Remove the trunk side covering on the left, loosen the one on the right and fold it forward.
Remove the cover of the feedthrough into the rear apron on the vehicle (to the left below the
hood latch).
