STATIONS LIST
To find a station press [Volume/Up/OK/Down] to enter the station list.
Rotate [Volume/Up/OK/Down] to select the desired station. It is possible to store up to 40 stations.
Full scan
Press [Menu]. Rotate the [Volume/Up/OK/Down] to select "Menu ". Press [Volume/Up/OK/Down] to confirm. Press
and rotate the [Volume/Up/OK/Down] to select "Full Scan" in the submenu. Press [Volume/Up/OK/Down] to
confirm. The unit will start scanning.
Manual tune
Press [Menu] and rotate the [Volume/Up/OK/Down] to select "Main Menu". Press [Volume/Up/OK/Down] to
confirm. Press and rotate the [Volume/Up/OK/Down] to select manual tune. Press [Volume/Up/OK/Down] to enter
the list of frequences. Rotate [Volume/Up/OK/Down] to select the frequency you desire. Press
[Volume/Up/OK/Down] to confirm.
Quick scan
Press the scan button on the unit. The unit will scan immediately.
Remove stations from list
To remove stations that a listed but unavailable, select [Menu]. Press and rotate [Volume/Up/OK/Down] to select
"Main Menu". Press and rotate [Volume/Up/OK/Down] to select "Prune invalid".
Preset
Once you have found the desired station, press and hold the [Preset] button for a few seconds to add the station to the "my
favourites" list. Press [Volume/Up/OK/Down] to confirm. Press [Preset] to go to the list. Select your option and press
[Volume/Up/OK/Down] to confirm. 1-40 stations can be stored.
Dynamic Range Compression (DRC)
Some DAB broadcasts offer Dynamic Range Compression (DRC). This feature allows radios to compress the dynamic range
of output the audio stream, so that the volume of quiet sounds is increased, and the volume of loud sounds is reduced. This
can be useful if you are listening to music with a high dynamic range in a noisy environment (for example, classical music
while centering). To change the DRC setting for this device, Press [Menu], rotate and press [Volume/Up/OK/Down] to select
"Main Menu". Press [Volume/Up/OK/Down] to confirm. Rotate [Volume/Up/OK/Down] to select DRC. Press
[Volume/Up/OK/Down] to confirm. Choose between de three options (High, Medium, Low). Press [Volume/Up/OK/Down] to
confirm.
Note: The DRC setting does not have any effect if DRC data is not included in the broadcast.
To receive the ordinary FM stations, place the radio close to the window and extend the antenna as far as it can go to get the
best reception. You may need to adjust the direction of the antenna to improve reception.
• Press [Menu].
• Rotate the [Volume/Up/OK/Down] to select FM.
• Press [Volume/Up/OK/Down] to confirm.
• Press [Scan]. The unit will scan for stations and stop when a station is found. Press [Scan] again and it will search for the
next station.
• Press and hold [Scan] the unit will scan for all stations.
System settings
Press [Menu] and rotate and press [Volume/Up/OK/Down] to select "Main Menu".
AMS
Press [Volume/Up/OK/Down] to select "AMS" to start auto search. The unit will start a full scan.
Scan-setting
Press [Volume/Up/OK/Down] to select "Scan settings" Press between the two options (only strong station or all
stations). Press [Volume/Up/OK/Down] to confirm. Press [Menu] to go back to the menu.
Audio setting
Press [Volume/Up/OK/Down] to select "Mono" or "Stereo".
• To save your favorite station hold the [Preset] button and the display will show "save to preset" Press [Preset] and rotate
[Volume/Up/OK/Down] to browse through the preset numbers (1-40) and select the chosen station by pressing the
[Volume/Up/OK/Down] to confirm.
