Piston ring groove cleaning tool (4)
Install the appropriate cleaning blade (5) on the cleaning tool (4). The cleaning

blade (5) must fit into the piston ring groove without increasing the width of the
groove.
Piston ring assembly pliers (6)
1.
Insert the piston ring into the piston ring assembly pliers (6) and operate them.
2.
The piston ring is now spread at the opening and can therefore be mounted over
the piston and in the groove.
