Images are not displayed
Check that the connected device
supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode.
Even with a device that supports
DisplayPort Alternate Mode, video
may be output only to a dedicated
device depending on the
specifications. Check the
specifications of the connected device.
Connected device is not recognized
Reconnect the product and device
following the connection procedure.
Charging of connected device is
slow
The product distributes power
preferentially to the device connected
first. Connect the device you want to
charge quickly first.
Connected device is not charged
Reconnect the product and device
following the connection procedure.
Check the specifications of the USB
cable to confirm that charging of 60 W
or more is supported.
If the problem is not resolved, check
