Local WiFi Connection WiiM Cobblestone
Once selected, a new screen will guide you to
search for and connect to "Linkplay_XXXX" as
indicated. For the Wi-Fi amplifier, look for the ID
"Linkplay_XXXX," where "XXXX" represents the
amplifier's ID number.
Go to Settings to access the in-app WiFi settings
menu.
In the WiFi settings menu, you'll see all available
WiFi networks within range. Select
"Linkplay_XXXX" to connect. Your smartphone
will disconnect from its current WiFi and try to
connect directly to the TX series amplifier.
If you have trouble connecting, or if the series
amplifier doesn't show up as an available WiFi
device, press the WPS button on the front panel
briefly.
Once connected successfully, the WiFi will not
have internet access.
Local WiFi Connection
To return from the WiFi settings menu to the Legacy Player app, select the "<" button at the bottom of the
screen. The next screen will prompt you to connect the TX series amplifier to your local WiFi network. Normally,
the Speaker Network screen will automatically select the WiFi network that your smartphone was previously
connected to. However, you have the option to change to a different WiFi network if preferred.
Enter the required password and select "Continue." Please note that the WiFi must be on the standard 2.4GHz
band for the TX series amplifier to connect. The TX series amplifier and smartphone will then start the connection
process.
