Two-year warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty only applies to the original buyer
and is non-transferable. It does not cover
damages from misuse, accidents, improper
handling
or
installation,
surges, or similar
Lightning, misuse, neglect, normal wear and
tear, or any damage caused by unauthorized
repairs are not covered by this warranty. This
warranty applies only if the repair was done by
TEXONIC or an approved TEXONIC repair
centre. Some TEXONIC products may allow
access to content from third-party providers or
support specific third-party technologies like
certain
codecs
reserves the right to end support or access to
these third-party contents or technologies at
any
time
and
guaranteeing ongoing support.
This warranty does not include reimbursement
for the costs of removing and transporting the
product for warranty service evaluation, nor for
reinstallation or installation of a replacement
product.
When the smartphone or other sending device disconnects from the local WiFi, the TX series Amplifiers
will keep streaming the current audio file(s), playlist, podcast, or internet radio station. To alter the audio
stream or adjust the volume, you must reconnect the smartphone to the local WiFi and use the Legacy
Player app for control. If the TX series Amplifier is turned off, you may need to reset the audio stream
when it is powered back on.

Shipping costs to addresses outside Canada or
expedited shipping requested by the purchaser
will be charged to the purchaser. If a product is
discontinued and cannot be effectively repaired,
TEXONIC may choose to replace it with a similar
item at their discretion.
