How to charge: When the indicating lamp on the charger is lit, it means that the battery is being recharged (The battery recharges
quicker if the scale is turned off). More than 12 hours are needed to recharge. If the scale is not frequently used, the battery
should be recharged every two months.
Note: 1) It is suggested to charge for more than three hours when the light of the charger turns from red to green.
2) The user must use the charger supplied with the scale and must not use any other charger as this may damage the scale.
3. Easy test of the weighing performance: Before each use, the accuracy of of the scale should be tested by placing on it a load,
the weight of which is known. If the display starts showing incorrect weight readings of the same object, stop using the scale and
have it repaired.
4. The scale must not be connected to a power supply from which high-powered appliances are powered.
How to calibrate
In case the scale operates abnormally, calibrate it by following the steps below.
1. Turn on the scale and warm-it up for 5 minutes.
2. Turn on the scale again and let the weight reading reset to zero.
3. Place a load on the scale that amounts to 1/3 of its weighing capacity ( for example, for a 3 kg scale, place a 1 kg load).
4. After the reading has stabilised, press and hold [CALIBRATION] + [ZERO] + [TARE] for three seconds. The weight of the load
which was placed on the scale will be displayed. The scale has now finished calibrating.
Troubleshooting
1. [FULL ]——Overload. Remove the object from the scale, otherwise the scale's load cell may be damaged.
2. [LLLLL]—— The zero position of the load cell is negative. Please check the instrument and load cell.
3. [LobAt]——The voltage of the battery is too low and it is necessary to charge the battery.
4. [- - - - - -]——The parameter already calibrated is lost and the scale is locked. It is necessary to calibrate the scale once again.
5. [ Err8 ]――The weight of the load is too light when being calibrated.
