REGULAR UPKEEP
Please gently use a small handheld vacuum, lint roller, or brush to remove pet hair, lint, or stray litter.
CUSHION BED UPKEEP
Remove the bedding (if applicable) and hand wash it with cold water and mild detergent. Then,
use a towel to absorb excess moisture and lay the bed flat in a sunny area with proper airflow to naturally dry.
STAIN REMOVAL ON TREE
To remove a stain from the cat tree, use a baking soda paste over the area, massage it in, and let it sit for
a few minutes before spraying it clean with distilled white vinegar. Next, use a damp cloth to gently wipe
the surface area. Then, use a towel to absorb excess moisture and lay the bed flat in a sunny area with
proper airflow to naturally dry.
TIP: If using a stain removal spray, please check that it is pet-safe before using.
LAMINATED WOOD
Please use a semi-damp cloth to wipe down laminated wood areas. Use distilled white vinegar for
disinfecting.
AVOID
Avoid getting scratching posts wet, as this may cause damage and ruin quality.
Avoid using citrus-scented cleansers as cats tend to avoid areas with this scent.
