Troubleshooting
If the device stops working properly, fi rst check whether you are able to correct the
problem yourself.
Do not attempt to repair a defective electrical device yourself!

Potential cause / solution
It is possible that the cable winder becomes twisted at the
handle during the production process. This prevents the
handle from locking into the handlebar. Turn the cable win-
der slightly at the handle until the handlebar fi ts directly into
the opening. When the latch locks into place, the handle has
been securely connected with the handlebar.

Is the plug properly connected with the socket?
•
Is the socket defective? Try another socket.
•
Check the fuse for your mains connection.
•
Have you pushed the On / Off switch (4) on the front of the
main unit? Please note: The switch on the back (13) is
deactivated when the handle bar has been inserted.
•
Has the steam quantity been set high enough? Turn the
knob for the steam quantity control clockwise to increase
the amount of steam.
•
The device is still not operational. The device must heat up
for a few seconds until steam can be emitted.
•
The water tank is empty. Fill the water tank (see chapter
"Filling the water tank").
•
Has the tank been properly inserted in the main unit?
Check to make sure it is properly seated.
•
The nozzle is plugged. Clean the nozzle.
