Storage & Cleaning
Storing or moving your TUSHY Ace
To uninstall your TUSHY Ace, turn off your water valve, disconnect
the plug from power, disconnect your Flexible TUSHY Ace Hose,
disconnect your Tank Adapter, and use the detach button to slide
your TUSHY Ace off of the Mounting Plate.
Underside View
Drain your TUSHY Ace before storing or moving by locating the drain
plug on the bottom of the device. Using a flathead screwdriver, turn
the plug counter-clockwise a quarter turn to open the drain. The
plug will not remove completely. Drain into a toilet, tub or sink and
then tighten the plug before storing.
Cleaning your TUSHY Ace
You should clean your TUSHY Ace as frequently as you clean
your toilet with a mild, neutral-PH cleaner. Cleaning products we
recommend include Simple Green, Dr. Bronner's or any soap that
isn't too harsh or caustic. If you have any doubt, please send a photo
of the label to aceinstall@hellotushy.com, and we can confirm that
it is a good match!
