CLEANING
In order to prolong the life of the wheelchair, it is recommended to clean it periodically (preferably daily) especially
if it is used in rainy or snowy weather. We recommend that you do not use the product in rain or snow. If rain is
accidentally encountered while moving the wheelchair, it is recommended to fi nd a shelter. If it is not possible to
fi nd shelter, head to your des na on. Upholstery and frame are best cleaned with a damp cloth without strong
detergents. Remove dirt on a regular basis e.g.: threads, hair etc. from moving parts of the wheelchair (wheels,
footrests). Regularly remove dirt from tex le components. In order to maintain the performance of the product it is
extremely important to keep all its components clean, and the way it is stored.
DO NOT USE
- solvents
- toilet cleaners
- products containing chlorine
- sharp brushes and hard objects
- corrosive cleaning agents
- pressure or steam cleaners
FRAME
Wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
UPHOLSTERY
Use warm soapy water to clean the upholstery. Upholstery cleaner/foam can also be used, but do not use strong
detergents or solvents.
Keep the wheelchair away from sources of fi re that may cause injury to the user and damage the product.
HOW TO DISPOSE OF THE PRODUCT
Once the device has been taken out of service, the medical device can be disposed of as normal municipal waste.
