DESCRIPTION:
The Stretcher lifting sling has been designed for rescue operation and is manufactured from raw material
conforming to the requirements of fall arrest standards. It is specially designed for vertical transport of stretchers
(TC102). It is constructed of four polyester webbing lanyards(EN354) with auto lock karabiners for lifting the
stretcher. The lanyards are connected to two length adjusting webbing legs to maintain the stretcher in the
horizontal position. It is simple to use for various application (mountaineering, industrial rescue and helicopter
winching). This product can be used with TC102 stretchers. The four karabiners lock onto each corner of the
stretcher to enable it to be lifted or lowered horizontally. The assembly has a safe working load limit of 280 kg.

USE AND PRECAUTIONS:
The stretcher lifting sling should be connected to the stretcher by using the auto lock(AM017) karabiners (EN362).
The level of the stretcher should be maintain horizontal by adjusting the blue straps through the adjusting buckle.
Strap the patient properly to the stretcher before attempting any lift.
Do a trial lift to check the level of the stretcher before attempting the final lift.
Suitable for use of the stretcher (TC102)
- Before and during use, we recommend that you take every precaution necessary for an eventual safe rescue.
- Check the state of the before each use: visual inspection of the straps (no sign of cuts, burns or abnormal
shrinkage), the seams (no visible damage), the metallic parts (no deformation or rust) and that the connectors are
working properly.
The stretcher lifting sling should not be re-used in the event of deformation, damage or doubt.
It is forbidden to add or replace any component whatsoever.

TECHNICAL DATA:

Strap material:polyester (27mm wide Lanyard conforming to EN :354), Karabiners (EN362), and high quality steel
fittings.

USAGE LIMITS:

This products has a maximum life of 10 years in storage (from the date of manufacture), or 7 years from the date
of first use.
The shelf life given is an indication. The following factors can cause it to vary greatly:
-Non-compliance with the manufacturer's instructions for transport, storage and use etc...
-Use of product other than it's intended use
Warning: these factors can cause damage and reduce the life of the product.
No modification or addition or repair should be carried out on the product without prior prior written consent
from the manufacturer.
Do not use beyond the area of use defined in the instruction for use.
The manufacturer cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect accident after a modification or use other than
that provided in this manual.
To ensure its working condition and therefore the safety of the user, the product should be checked
systematically:
