3. START
After the treadmill is turned on and the magnetic safety key is attached to the console, press the
START button to start the treadmill.
4. STOP
Press this button to stop the treadmill at any time of the exercise.
5. SPEED + / SPEED –
To adjust the speed level during the workout, press speed up (+) or speed down (-). Each button press
increases or decreases the speed by 0.1 km/h. If you press the button for more than 0.5 seconds, the speed
will be changed in a quicker way.
6. WALK / JOG / RUN
These are easy access buttons (quick speed buttons) to select your individual running speed with one touch.
Walk = 5 km/h, Jog = 8 km/h, Run = 12 km/H
7. LOW / MID / HIGH
These are easy access buttons (quick incline buttons) to select your individual incline with one touch. Low =
5 degrees, Mid = 8 degrees, High = 12 degrees
MODES / PROGRAMS
1. Manual program
1. At standby mode, the manual mode starts automatically after pressing the START button (3 second
count down before treadmill starts).The treadmill will start with a speed of 1.0 km/h, all parameters
(distance, calories) count upwards. The speed and incline can be adjusted by pressing SPEED +/- and
INCLINE +/- buttons or the quick speed / incline buttons (WALK, JOG, RUN and LOW, MID, HIGH)
2. At standby mode, press the "MODE" button, the time window will display a flashing "15:00 min"
indication. Press SPEED + or SPEED – to set the exercise time. The setting range has to be between 5
an 99 minutes
3. Press the MODE button again, the distance window will display a flashing "1.0" indication. Press
SPEED + or SPEED – to set the exercise distance. The setting range has to be between 0.5 an 99.9 km
4. Press the MODE button again, the calorie window will display a flashing "50" indication. Press SPEED +
or SPEED – to set the target calorie consuption. The setting range has to be between 10 an 999 kcal
Press the START button after finishing the setting. The treadmill will start after 3 seconds. The SPEED + or
SPEED – button can still be used to adjust the workout speed.
