IMPORTANT MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Safety and Preparation
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Before starting any maintenance task, ensure you are
wearing gloves, safety glasses, and appropriate clothing.
Power Disconnection: Turn off and unplug the dosing system from the power source to prevent
accidents.
2. Daily Maintenance
Exterior Cleaning: Wipe down the exterior of the dosing system with a damp cloth and mild
detergent. Avoid using abrasive cleaners that could damage the surface.
Visual Inspection: Perform a quick visual inspection to ensure there are no obvious leaks or
damages.
3. Weekly Maintenance
Hose and Connection Inspection: Inspect the chemical delivery hoses for any signs of leaks or
