5. TROUBLESHOOTING
Below are some common situations that might arise during the use of the tool, along with
possible solutions:

Problem: the drill does not switch on
Solution: check if the drill is correctly plugged into a power source and if there is power at the
socket. Make sure the on/off trigger is in the correct position. If the problem persists, consult
an authorised technician.

Problem: the drill bit loosens during use
Solution: check that the drill chuck is correctly tightened. Ensure that the drill chuck key is
turned clockwise and the drill bit is securely clamped. If the problem persists, consult an
authorised technician.
Problem: the drill does not drill efficiently

Solution: make sure you use the right drill bit for the material you are drilling. Check that the
drill bit is sharp and in good condition. Apply constant and firm pressure during drilling. If
the problem persists, you may need to use a higher quality drill bit or consult an authorised

Solution: check that the drill bit is correctly centred in the drill chuck. Make sure that the work
surface is stable and secure. Avoid forcing the drill too hard while drilling. If the problem

Solution: check for foreign objects caught in the drill chuck or in the hammer mechanism. Make
