Cleaning and Maintenance
Unscrew the dust cup counterclockwise （ Figure 1）

Remove the filter by hand （Figure 2）

Unscrew the filter counterclockwise.
4.
Clean the dust cup and filter cylinder, (it can be washed with water but it must be
dried before use)
Troubleshooting
Problem
The machine does not
work.
The suction of the
machine decreases.
UV lamp inoperative.
Automatic shutdown.

Possible causes
The machine power supply is not
reliably connected or connected to
the wrong socket.
The power switch is not turned on.
The dust cup is full.
The filter screen has been blocked
by garbage.
The suction port of the machine is
blocked.
The wheel of the machine is not
pressed in place with the object to
be cleaned, or it is too far away
from the object to be cleaned.
The surface of the object to be
cleaned is too uneven to contact
the wheels at the bottom of the
machine.
The ultraviolet lamp tube is
damaged.
The HEPA filter screen is blocked
and the protection device is
triggered.

Terms of settlement
Check whether the power plug
is fully inserted into the socket
and whether the power supply
meets the product requirements.
Press the power switch.
Clean the dust cup.
Clean the filter screen.
Clean the suction port.
Under normal circumstances, as
the bottom wheel is pressed in
place, the ultraviolet sterilization
lamp can be turned on automati-
cally.
Try to clean the flat surface or
tidy up the surface of the
cleaned object.
Contact the after-sales service
personnel to replace the
ultraviolet lamp tube.
Clean or replace the filter
screen and restart the machine.
