Temperature control

The The kettle allows heating water to a set temperature.
−
There are 5 preset programs (temperatures):
40°C, 70°C, 80°C, 90°C and 100°C.

The device also allows maintaining the temperature for each selected value.
Note: Removing the kettle from the base erases the settings.
• OPERATION

The kettle starts working when one of the stored programmes (10) is selected or the
temperature is set.
−
The operation of the appliance can be stopped at any time by switching it off with the by
pressing the button (7).
−
The kettle starts working by pressing the button (7) or by selecting one of the preset
programs with the button (8).
−
The operation of the device is indicated by the illumination of the indicator light (9).
−
The kettle turns off automatically after the water boils.
−
You can stop the operation of the device at any time by turning it off with the button (7).The
operation of the appliance can be stopped at any time by switching it off by pressing the
button (7).
Keep warm function

The keep warm function is available for each selected temperature.
−
To activate the keep warm function, select the desired temperature with the button (8),
then press and hold the button (8) until the indicator light (10) illuminates.

After heating the water to the set temperature, the kettle will maintain the temperature for
2 hours.
−
If the water temperature drops below the set value by approximately 5°C, heating will
resume.
Note: Removing the kettle from the base erases the settings.
• FILTER
The filter does not remove the scale, but it prevents any deposits from getting inside the kettle
while the water is being poured in. The filter should be cleaned regularly. Hard water may block
the filter after boiling water a couple of times.
• CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Allow the unit to cool down completely before cleaning.
−
Do not immerse the kettle in water while washing up.
−
The outside of the kettle may be wiped over with a damp cloth and washing-up liquid.
−
Water stains inside the kettle can be removed by rubbing with a cloth moisten with white
vinegar; rinse the inside with water afterwards.
−
limescale should be removed in the following way:
o
fill the kettle with 0.75 litre of water and bring it to boil,
o
switch the kettle off and disconnect the kettle from the power supply,
o
pour 0.1l of vinegar into a jug and leave the solution for a few hours,
o
discard the solution and rinse the inside with water,
o
fill the kettle with 1 litre of water and bring to boil,
o
discard the water and rinse the inside with water.

Failure to descale the heating element results in accelerated wear of the kettle's heating
component.
−
Damage resulting from the use of overly aggressive descaling agents available on the
market is not covered by the kettle manufacturer's warranty.
