Insert a bushing (#10) into each end of the right wheel clamp' s (#3) pivot
point. Repeat with the left wheel clamp (#11).

Place the right wheel clamp' s pivot points between the raised flanges on
the base' s rear strut.
5.
Insert bolt (#9) through the flanges and pivot point. Secure with a lock nut
(#7). Test to make sure the clamp rotates smoothly. Slightly loosen the
lock nut if it is too tight.
6.
Repeat steps 4 and 5 with the left wheel clamp (#11)
7.
Place the wheel rest (#2) onto the top of the post and align bolt holes
based on wheel size. Insert the pin shaft (#18) through the bolt holes of
the post and wheel rest. Secure with the R-pin (#1).
OPERATION
1.
Place the stand as desired. Hold the wheel rest (#2) and remove the R-Pin
(#3) and pin shaft (#1). Move the support forward for smaller tires or back
for larger tires. Reinsert the pin and R-pin.
2.
Position the wheel clamps to allow the wheel to roll onto it. Push the
motorcycle forward onto the clamps until it touches the upright part of
the clamps.
3.
Push the motorcycle so the wheel clamps tilt over until the wheel sits in
the wheel rest.
4.
Clip the lock hook (#5) into the hole to secure the wheel cradle in place.
5.
Follow the steps in reverse to remove the motorcycle from the
wheel chock.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
1.
Maintain the tool with care. A tool in good condition is efficient, easier to
control and will have fewer problems.
2.
Inspect the tool components periodically. Repair or replace damaged or
worn components. Only use identical replacement parts when servicing.
3.
Keep the tool handles clean, dry and free from oil/grease at all times.
4.
Maintain the tool' s labels and name plates. These carry important
information. If unreadable or missing, contact Princess Auto Ltd. for
replacements.
