• To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner.
• Always unplug heater when not in use. To disconnect heater, turn controls to
off, then remove plug from outlet.
• Do not leave the appliance unattended during use.
• The appliance must not be used in the presence of gas, explosives or other
inflammable substances.
• When in use keep the mains cord of the heater from touching the heater body.
Do not drape the cord over the heater while hot.
• Do not run the mains cable under carpets, rugs etc. Arrange cord away from
traffic areas so that it will not be tripped over.
• Do not allow the mains cable to hang over sharp edges or come into contact
with hot surfaces.
• Do not use the heater to dry clothes.
• Never use the appliance on or near hot surfaces.
• Before cleaning the appliance, ensure it is unplugged from the power and that
it is completely cooled.
• Never use accessories that are not recommended or supplied by the
manufacturer. It could cause danger to the user or damage to the appliance.
• Service and repair should be performed by authorized personnel only. Do not
try to repair by yourself.
• For extra protection it is possible to fit the electric household installation with a
fault current breaker with a rated breaking current of not more than 30mA. Ask
your electrician for advice.
• If an extension cord is used it must be suited to the power consumption of the
appliance, otherwise overheating of the extension cord and /or plug may occur.
• Cut off the power immediately if there is something wrong.
• Dispose of the package carefully. Plastic packaging material may cause
environmental pollution.
• WARNING: This heater is not equipped with a device to control the room
temperature. Do not use this heater in small rooms when they are occupied
by persons not capable of leaving the room on their own, unless constant
supervision is provided.
• Do not switch the appliance on until it properly installed as described in this manual.
• Do not lift the appliance by the front panel.
• Never use the cord to carry the appliance.
• The unit should not be mounted underneath a shelf.
• CAUTION: Dot use this heater with a programmer, timer or any other device
that switches the heater on automatically, since a fire risk exists if the heater is
