The cover can be removed and machine-washed at 95°C with the zip closed. Make sure you put the cover back on after washing. Disinfect the cushion after
each use. Dry with a soft, clean, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive products, detergents or chlorinated products. In the event of wear or tear, do not attempt to
repair the product. Dispose of it or contact your retailer to find out if it is covered by the after-sales service.

RECYCLING
When the product has become unusable and you need to dispose of it, contact a local waste disposal company.
If you wish to recycle the product, please enquire locally.
STORAGE
Failure to comply with storage conditions may lead to deterioration of the product and therefore a risk of injury.
The product can be stored between 0°C and 50°C.
Keep away from sources of ignition.
Observe the following conditions when storing your products
- In a dry, temperate place
- Protect your product with dust-proof packaging
- Do not place heavy objects on the cushion: the foam could settle and deteriorate.

Assembly: polyester-cotton thread stitching
Filling: A combination of rigid polyether foam for attachment to the chair and visco-elastic foam for cushioning the arm.
Cover in contact with the patient: Made from a STERITEX technical textile with a polyurethane coating, soft and comfortable to the touch (190g/m2).
STERITEX polyurethane is breathable and waterproof thanks to its 100% polyester bi-elastic knitted base. (190g/m2 - Composition: 55% polyester - 45%
polyurethane). The cover is fitted with a zip for removal.
This product contains biocides in accordance with EU Standard 528/2012. Protection against microbiological deterioration.

PERIOD OF USE
The expected life of this product is 2 years under normal use and maintenance. After this period, if the product has lost its memory properties, if the cover is
damaged or if the Velcro fasteners are damaged: do not use this product. It can be used as long as it is still in good condition.
The lifespan of the product will vary according to the weight of the patients who use it and the number of times it is washed. The flattening of the product will
be an indicator of its age.
WARRANTY
This product is guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase by the user against defects in stitching and workmanship. Contact the distributor from whom
you purchased the product should you need to make a claim. Failures resulting from accidental damage, misuse, improper storage, improper unpacking,
modifications or wear and tear are not covered by this warranty.
