Description of the appliance
Place of use and connection to power supply
• Always place the appliance on a level, solid surface and ensure a clear space of at least 1 metre
around the appliance. The appliance is not designed for connection or use in a cabinet or out of
doors.
• Insert the two rear feet, supplied separately with the appliance, firmly into the recesses at the
rear of the appliance.
• When the appliance is switched on for the first time, a mild odour may occur. This is normal.
Ensure sufficient ventilation for it to dissipate. The smell will only last for a short time and will then
disappear.

0 – Off
1 – 400W
2 – 800W

(4) Outlet opening for radiant heat
(5) Safety switch on the underside of the appliance
