STEP 4:
Remove 2 Hex Pan Head Screws (No. 50), 2
Spring Washers (No. 51), 2 Flat Washers
(No. 52) and 2 Wave Washers (No. 54) from
Long Axle (No. 57) using 2 Allen Wrenches
(No. 106). Insert Long Axle (No. 57) into the
Main Frame (No. 1), then insert 2 Wave
Washers (No. 54) that were just removed into
the both sides of Long Axle (No. 57). Attach
the Swing Tubes (No. 3L/R) to the both sides
of Long Axle (No. 57) with 2 Hex Pan Head
Screws (No. 50), 2 Spring Washers (No. 51),
and 2 Flat Washers (No. 52) that were just
removed using 2 Allen Wrenches (No. 106).
Attach the Left Pedal (No. 27L) to the Left
Crank (No. 40L) with 1 Connecting Board
(No. 30), 1 Spacer (No. 41), 1 Flat Washer
(No. 39) and 1 Spring Washer (No. 104). Turn
the Left Pedal (No. 27L) counter-clockwise as
tightly as you can with your hands, then use
Spanner (No. 108) to tighten securely.
Attach the Right Pedal (No. 27R) to the Right
Crank (No. 40R) with 1 Connecting Board
(No. 30), 1 Spacer (No. 41), 1 Flat Washer
(No. 39) and 1 Spring Washer (No. 104). Turn
the Right Pedal (No. 27R) clockwise as tightly
as you can with your hands, then use Spanner
(No. 108) to tighten securely.
NOTE: Left Pedal (No. 27L) is marked with
"L" on the pedal, while Right Pedal (No. 27R)
is marked with "R" on the pedal. Attaching the
Pedals (No. 27L/R) to the wrong Cranks (No.
40L/R) or turning them with the wrong
direction will damage the Cranks (No. 40L/R).
