DND
Enable Do-Not-Disturb (DND) feature on the device to reject incoming calls
(including call waiting). The DND can be enabled on line basis.
Call Forward
1. Press [Menu] > [Features] > [Call Forward].
2. Select the line and the type of forward (Unconditional, Busy, No Answer), enter the
destination number and status, and press OK key.
Call Transfer
Attended transfer:
1. Press
key or Xfer soft key during the active conversation, the call is put on hold.
2. Dial the second telephone number.
3. When the call is answered, then press
Blind transfer:
1. Press
key or Xfer soft key during the active conversation, the call will be on hold.
2. Then enter the 2nd telephone number and press
Semi-Attended transfer:
1. During the call, press the Xfer key in the Soft Menu or
2. Enter the number to transfer or press the Contact key or the History key to select the number.
3. Press the Call key. When the third party is not answered, press the Xfer on the call interface
to make the semi-attendance transfer or press the End key to cancel the semi-attendance
transfer.
Call Waiting
Phone Interface: Press [Menu] >> [Features] >> [Call Waiting], and the left/right button of
the navigation key enables/disables the call waiting and the call waiting tone.
WEB Interface: Press [Phone Settings] >> [Features] >> [Basic Settings], and
enable/disable the call waiting. Press [Phone Settings] >> [Features] >> [Tone Settings],
and enable/disable the call waiting tone.
