Dial-up Query
The dial query function is enabled by default. After picking up the handset, you can enter the
number. The dialing interface will automatically match the phone number listed in call records
and contacts. Select the desired number by scrolling up and down, and it will appear on the
phone's dial pad. Press the Call Out key to make a call.
Auto-Answering
Start the automatic answer function in the telephone interface or the web-page interface.
Phone interface:
1. Press [Phone Settings] >> [Account] >> [Line] button;
2. Press the button to select the line and enter the [Basic Settings]. Click on/o the auto
answering option and set the auto answering time. The default is 5 seconds.

WEB interface:
Log in the phone page, enter [Line] >> [SIP], select [SIP] >> [Basic settings], start auto-answering
and click apply after setting the automatic answering time.
Call Back
Users can use the Call Back key to dial the number of the last incoming call.
Set the Call Back key through the phone interface:
FIP-5220: Under standby mode, press [Menu]>>[Basic Settings]>>[Keyboard Settings]>>
[Soft Function]. Select the desired function key to be set. Select Key Event for the Type option,
choose Call Back for the Key option, and press the OK key to save.
FIP-7220: Under standby mode, click the Unfold key, and long press the desired function key to
automatically enter the con guration interface. Select Key Event for the Type option, choose
Call Back for the Subtype option, and press the

to mute the microphone during the call.
2. Press
again to un-mute the conversation.
Call Hold/Resume
Press the Hold key to maintain the current call, and this key will become the Resume key. Then
press the Resume key to restore the call.
