Button functions
ECO: The 'ECO' (or stand-by) temperature preset is a value which is a predefined
number of degrees, other than the 'day' preset. In heating mode, the ECO
temperature is lower than the 'day' preset. In cooling mode, the ECO temperature
is higher than the 'day' preset. [ENERGY SAVING PRESET]. The difference between
Day and ECO temperature is preset by the system integrator in the PROSOFT
configuration software.
Night: In case of cooling/heating this is your preferred temperature preset for the
night (or when the house is not occupied).
Manual Temperature setting: There will be no icon displayed in the upper right
corner of the display when the temperature is manually changed (different to any
of the three fixed presets from the list above).
Button 5 (Manual temperature setting + Fan speed):
 'Short press function': is set to manually lower the temperature
setting by default (down arrow). When short pressed, the target value is
shown (value is underlined). When pressed again, the target setting will
be changed. After 3 seconds the measured value will be shown again.
 'Long press function': when your heating or cooling system is
equipped with fan speed control, you can manually alter the speed by
pressing LONG on this button. It will go to the next available speed in a
loop.
LOW
Button 6 (Manual temperature setting + zone ON / OFF):
 'Short press function': is set to manually increase the temperature
setting by default (up arrow). When clicked short, the target value is
shown (value is underlined). When pressed again, the target setting will
be changed. After 3 seconds the measured value will be shown again
instead of the set (target) temperature.
 'Long press function': is default set to switch the temperature zone
ON or OFF. In most cases, this will mean your heating/cooling system
will go to frost protection (for heating) or it will prevent the temperature
to go beyond a maximum allowed level (in case of cooling). This feature
is particularly useful for guest rooms and rarely occupied rooms (energy
management feature).
