Step 2: Installing Strap Slings
. Thread the free end of a 12' load strap up
through the front slot (A) and back down
through rear slot (B) of the plastic base.
Repeat for the second cradle. See image 5.

Buckle
Protector
. Adjust the strap slings so that the bottom of
each sling is above the floor. You are now
ready to load the boats. See image 7.
MALONE
Buckle Tab
. Align each cradle with the pilot holes drilled in
step 3. Insert lag bolts (4) and tighten using a
1/2" socket drive. Continue to tighten until each
cradle is firmly secured to the wall. See image 4.

. Pull the free end down until the strap make one
large even loop. Dress the free end of the strap
through the slot in the buckle protector. Depress
the buckle tab and insert the free end through the
buckle. Repeat for the second cradle. See image 6.
