6.2 Quick configuration
FACTORY RESET:
A0-09 = 1
A0-09 = 2
A0-09 = 4
ENGINE CONFIGURATION:
b0-01 = 0 (motor magnets), 2 (asynchronous motor)
b0-02 = 0 (keyboard), 1 (terminal running order), 2 (run command remote control)
b0-13 = Engine frequency
b0-12 = Engine frequency
b0-15 = Engine frequency
b0-21 = Acceleration time. Recommended between 20 and 30 seconds in case of A-LP alarm, error 02
or error 04.
b0-22 = Deceleration time. Recommended between 20 and 30 s.
d0-00 = Motor power (motor kW)
d0-01 = Motor voltage (3~230V or 3~380V)
d0-02 = Motor current (A, motor amperage)
d0-03 = Motor frequency (50/60 Hz asynchronous motor) - (100/120/133/200 Hz magnet motor)
d0-04 = Maximum revolutions per minute of the motor (1450/2875/3450/4000 RPM)
d0-30 = 12. Autotuning (MAGNET MOTORS ONLY). TUNE" will appear on the screen and press the green
button. Once finished, the hz will be displayed and the pump is ready to start. To activate autotuning
it is necessary that parameter b0-02 is set to 0, once the test is finished it can be reset to 1 to use the
door switch.
SOLAR CONFIGURATION:
A1-00 = 0 AC Mode (alternating) / 1 DC Mode (solar)
A1-21 = Low voltage reset time
A1-24 = Minimum frequency reset time
A1-27 = Low consumption reset time
Once we have entered the parameters from the above list, we will proceed to start up and check the
direction of rotation.
When the pump is running, we must determine the minimum frequency and the underconsumption.
A1-22 = Minimum frequency alarm. We recommend 30 Hz (minimum) for submersible motors and 18
Hz (minimum) for surface motors. If at 30 Hz it is not possible to draw water, it is recommended to use
the potentiometer to find the exact value of Hz.
Example: If the pump does not draw water at 30 Hz and if it starts to draw water at 37 Hz when the
potentiometer is turned up, this value should be entered in parameter A1-22.
