14. Auto program. On standby status, press PROG key to select P1 to P12. At the time, SET will twinkle on display.
Press + or -\key to set time from 10:00 to 60:00. Windows default is 20 minutes. Press START key after settled.
The machine will run within settled data.
15. Hold on left and right heart inductor tightly, the display will show users heart rate and the
display will show P if no heart rate.
16. On Auto program status, there will be no effect to press speed + - key or speed direct key.
17. The heart inductor is with Speed, user also can adjust speed and incline through this key.
18. Pull off emergency stop key, the machine will stop at once and display shows OFF.
19. Press STOP key during using, all data will be cleared after 15 seconds. Machine will go to standby status.
