- Page 7 6. Assemble Instruction 1) Place the treadmill on the ground, unfold the treadmill by hand carefully. Tighten the frame to the base with 4 socket head screws in the tool bag (2 screws on each side). 2) Unfold the panel and fix the panel to the supporting frame with the pre-installed screws.(See Fig 2) 3) The knob at the bottom of the frame can turn around based on the position of the adjuster, and make sure the knob withstands the base and steady enough.

- Page 15 6. Instructions d’assemblage 1) Placez le tapis roulant sur le sol, dépliez le tapis roulant à la main avec précaution. Serrez le cadre à la base à l’aide de 4 vis à tête creuse dans le sac à outils (2 vis de chaque côté).

Plier et déplacer: Après utilisation, veuillez plier la machine et insérer le bouton de traction. Si la machine n’est pas utilisée pendant une longue période, elle peut être poussée en position de repos pour économiser de l’espace.
