I. Product Introduction
As the living level improves, people have higher and higher pursuit for clothes and
appearances. However, the working pace is getting faster and faster, making people feel
that using a flat iron to iron clothes is a headache. This gave birth to a new tool for ironing
clothes – steam ironing – which has become an ideal helper for ironing at home.
The theory of ironing clothes by a steaming ironing machine is contacting clothes
continuously with hot vapor at above 98 degrees to soften their fiber texture, and make
the clothes level and smooth by movements such as Pull and Press. The steam ironing
machine requires no ironing board, which saves us a tedious step of ironing clothes with
a flat iron. The hot vapor also functions as both a cleanser and a disinfectant.
The product is applicable to ironing and disinfecting clothes, curtains, and carpets made
of any material, easy to use and convenient to operate. Saving both energy and time, this

II. Product Features
1. Advanced technology
● Ironing clothes with high-temperature vapor, sterilizing surfaces of clothes, clearing
dust and bacteria, as well as local drying cleaning, with environmental protection and
hygiene.
● Automatically controlled heating, which can continuously generate steam for
continuous clothes ironing.
2. Safety
● The product provides dual safeguards, with built-in highly sensitive temperature
controller and temperature limiter. When the machine is heated to the designed
temperature, the temperature controller is able to power off automatically to stop
heating. When the machine temperature is lower than designed, the temperature
controller is able to power on to heat the product continuously. Once the temperature
controller malfunctions, the built-in temperature limiter will power off permanently.
● A double-layered heat-insulated tube is used as the vapor hose, with a PVC pipe used
internally and a woven cotton streak tube used externally, to ensure that the vapor hose
is not too hot on the surface, safe and reliable.
3. Convenience
● The aluminum pole is a three-section support pole with height adjustment, full of
humanized design and easy to store, so to facilitate different users to adjust the height
as required at will.
● This water tank is in transparent design, easy to add water, and the water inside is
clear. You can see that ironing can be continuously conducted without adding water.
With good resilience, the water tank will not be broken even if falling on the ground out
of carelessness, which enhances practicability of the product greatly.
● After powered on for tens of seconds, the machine can erupt hot steam for clothes

4. Drainage Design
The steam ironing machine from our company has a drainage (for boiler cleaning) knob
which allows water inside the product to be easily discharged after usual service,
preventing the water inside deteriorating and breeding microorganisms such as bacteria
when this product is not used for a long time. You can also clean the inner wall of the
boiler on a regular basis to prevent the boiler body from being blocked, which may lead to
abnormalities such as no vapor output.
