The appliance can be charged by connecting the feeder directly to the appliance
or by connecting it via the base I (fig. 1) or by using the mini USB cable E (fig. 1).
1) Direct connection: connect the feeder connector F (fig. 1) to the port at the
bottom of the appliance C (fig. 1).
2) Connection through base: insert the appliance into the base I (fig. 1) and the
feeder connector F (fig. 1) into the port at the bottom of the base.
3) In both cases, connect the other end of the feeder to the mains power supply.
4) When charging the LED of the appliance B (fig. 1) will flash. When charging is
completed, the LED will be steady.
If it is not possible to connect the feeder to a compliant mains socket, the unit can be
charged using the supplied mini USB cable E (fig. 1), connected to a suitable power
source. The charging time using the mini USB cable will be longer.
Fully charge the appliance at least once a year.
Battery charge level
On models equipped with this function, the battery charge level is indicated by LED U
(fig.1).
• 4 LEDs = from 100% to 80%
• 3 LEDs = from 79% to 60%
• 2 LEDs = from 59% to 40%
• 1 LED = from 39% to 20%
• 1 flashing LED= from 19% to 0%
Please note: when there is only 1 flashing LED, it is recommended to fully recharge the
product.
USE
ATTENTION! Do not use the appliance if the blades of the heads A (fig.1)
are damaged or if the blade block is not working correctly.
Do not use the appliance on wet hair.
TURNING THE APPLIANCE ON AND OFF
Turning on
• Lower switch B (fig. 1) to position "1". / Press switch B (fig. 1).
Turning off
• Raise switch B (fig. 1) to position "0". / Press switch B (fig. 1).
USEFUL TIPS FOR CUTTING
• Wash the hair as usual, dry and brush it in the direction of growth to untangle any knots.
• After drying, do not use hairspray, mousse or gel.
• For best results, use the appliance against the direction of hair growth.
USING THE APPLIANCE
When using the appliance the blade of the head A (fig.1) will cut the
hair very close to the skin.
Do not use the appliance if the blades of the head A (fig.1) are
damaged or if the blade block is not working correctly.
