Warranty
1) DiaDent provides a 1-year free warranty and repair of this device (1 year from the date of purchase) for defects
in performance and accessories when used in compliance with the instructions and precautions in the product
manual. (However, ultrasonic tips and battery packs are consumables and are not covered under warranty.)
2) To obtain warranty coverage, please contact the place of purchase to ship the product to the
manufacturer's service center.
3) Product shipments for product warranty benefits must be securely packaged and the shipping cost
must be prepaid. Manufacturers do not accept products shipped on a postpaid basis. The manufacturer is
responsible for repair and replacement of the product.
4) The warranty is void in the following cases :
- Failure caused by not using the product in the manner described in the user manual
- Failure caused by negligence in handling
- Failure due to natural disaster
- Failure caused by not using the specified power source (Do not use the charging adapter with other products)
- If the product is disassembled and repaired
