3. Children between the ages of 3 and
8 should only turn the appliance on
and off when in its normal ope-
rating position, provided they are
supervised or have been instructed
concerning the safe use and under-
stand the associated risks. Children
between the ages of 3 and 8 should
not connect, operate, clean or ser-
vice the appliance. Children should
be supervised to ensure that they do
not play with the appliance.
4. Only connect your appliance to
power outlet of the same voltage
marked on the appliance.
5. This appliance is not intended to
be operated by an external timer
switch or remote control system.
6. Always unplug the appliance after
use, before cleaning or in case of
malfunction during use.
7. Never immerse the appliance in wa-
ter or any liquid, and and keep the
electrical cord away from moisture.
8. The appliance and insert are not
dishwasher safe.
9. Place the appliance on a cleared,
even surface.
10. The appliance is intended for house-
hold-use only, or the following:
• in kitchens in shops
• offices or other workplaces
• in agricultural buildings
• for use by guests in accommo-
dation establishments (hotels,
motels), private bed and break-
fasts or holiday homes
11. For your safety, do not operate the
appliance or place the appliance and
cable near hot surfaces.
12. Completely unwind the cord before
use.
13. Do not let the cord hang over the
counter or work surface.
14. Do not fill the ice cream bowl over
the designated line. The container
should be maximum ¾ full, as the
mixture will expand as it freezes.
15. Only add ingredients into the ice
cream canister, never directly into
the appliance itself.
16. Never operate the appliance when
the ice cream bowl is not inserted.
17. While in use, do not interfere with
or attempt to touch the contents.
18. Only use the appliance after it has
been properly assembled.
19. Never operate the appliance using
accessories from other appliances.
20. Do not use pointy or sharp imple-
ments in the ice cream bowl, as it
may lead to scratching. Use a plastic
or wooden spatula to remove ice
cream.
21. Regularly check the plug and cord
for any damage. In the case of any
damage to cable or other parts,
always contact the manufacturer.
