THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO ORIGINAL RETAIL BUYERS OF OTCʼS HYDRAULIC FLOW METERS AND ACCESSORIES PACKAGED WITH THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ("PRODUCTS"). THIS WARRANTY IS NOT ASSIGNABLE
OR TRANSFERABLE. OTC MAKES NO WARRANTY TO ANY OTHER PURCHASER OR USER, AND NONE SHALL BE IMPLIED.
Except as otherwise provided in this warranty, Products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the date of purchase.
The sole and exclusive remedy for any Product found to be defective is repair or replacement, at the option of OTC in its sole discretion. If this exclusive remedy is deemed to have failed of its essential purpose, OTC'S liability shall not exceed the
purchase price of the Product. In no event will OTC be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profit) whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory or any contingent liabilities.
This warranty does not cover any Product that has been damaged due to accident, abuse, alteration, modification, failure to follow operating instructions, use of incompatible fluids, use beyond rated specifications as outlined in the Product User Manual,
or worn out, contaminated, rusted, heated, ground, or used for a purpose other than that for which it was intended. This warranty also does not cover items or materials, such as seals, that wear out during the normal operation of the Product. The
existence of a defect shall be determined by OTC in accordance with procedures established by OTC. This warranty may not be altered or modified.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WHICH ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

DIESE GARANTIE IST AUSDRÜCKLICH AUF HYDRAULIK-DURCHFLUSSMESSER UND ZUBEHÖRTEILE ("PRODUKTE") VON OTC BESCHRÄNKT, DIE DER KÄUFER VON EINEM OTC-VERTRAGSEINZELHÄNDLER IN EINEM PAKET MIT DIES-
ER EINGESCHRÄNKTEN GARANTIE ERWORBEN HAT. DIESE GARANTIE IST NICHT ABTRETBAR ODER ÜBERTRAGBAR. OTC GEWÄHRT ANDEREN KÄUFERN ODER BENUTZERN KEINERLEI GARANTIEN, WEDER DIREKT NOCH INDIREKT.
Soweit nicht in dieser Garantie anderweitig erklärt, gilt die Produktgarantie für Material- und Verarbeitungsfehler über den Zeitraum von fünf Jahren ab Kaufdatum.
Die einzige und exklusive Entscheidung darüber, ob ein als defekt erachtetes Produkt repariert oder ausgetauscht wird, liegt ausschließlich im Ermessen von OTC. Sollte sich die von OTC gewählte exklusive Abhilfe als unwirksam erweisen, so beschränkt
sich die Haftung von OTC im Höchstfall auf den Kaufpreis des Produkts. OTC haftet unter keinen Umständen für jegliche direkte, indirekte, besondere, zufällige oder Folgeschäden (einschließlich entgangener Gewinne), und zwar ungeachtet dessen, ob
diese sich auf Garantien, Verträge, Klagen aufgrund unerlaubter Handlungen oder jegliche andere Rechtsgrundlage beziehen.
Diese Garantie gilt weder für Produkte, die durch Unfall, unsachgemäßen Gebrauch, Manipulation, Umbau, Nichtbeachtung der Bedienungsanleitung, Verwendung unzulässiger Flüssigkeiten oder Nichtbeachtung der im Benutzerhandbuch des Produkts
angegebenen tecnischen Daten beschädigt wurden, noch für Produkte, die verschlissen, verunreinigt, oxidiert, überhitzt oder durchgescheuert sind oder zweckentfremdet wurden. Des Weiteren sind Elemente oder Materialien wie beispielsweise
Dichtungen, die im Laufe des normalen Betriebs des Produkts verschleißen, von dieser Garantie ausgeschlossen. Der Sachverhalt eines Defekts wird von OTC nach den von OTC vorgegebenen Verfahren ermittelt. Diese Garantie darf weder formell
noch inhaltlich geändert werden.
DIESE GARANTIE GILT STELLVERTRETEND FÜR ALLE ANDEREN AUSDRÜCKLICHEN ODER IMPLIZITEN GARANTIEN, EINSCHLIEßLICH JEDWEDER STILLSCHWEIGENDER GEWÄHR FÜR VERKÄUFLICHKEIT UND EIGNUNG FÜR EINEN
BESTIMMTEN ZWECK, DIE HIERMIT ABGELEHNT UND AUSGESCHLOSSEN WERDEN.

CETTE GARANTIE EST EXPRESSÉMENT LIMITÉE AUX ACHETEURS AU DÉTAIL ORIGINAUX DE DÉBITMÈTRES HYDRAULIQUES ET D'ACCESSOIRES OTC EMBALLÉS AVEC CETTE GARANTIE LIMITÉE (« PRODUITS »). CETTE GARANTIE
NE PEUT ÊTRE NI CÉDÉE, NI TRANSFÉRÉE. OTC N'ACCORDE AUCUNE GARANTIE À UN AUTRE ACHETEUR OU UTILISATEUR, QU'ELLE SOIT IMPLICITE OU NON.
Sauf disposition contraire de la présente garantie, les produits sont garantis contre tout défaut de matériaux et de main-d'œuvre pendant cinq ans à compter de la date d'achat.

Cette garantie ne couvre pas les produits endommagés suite à un accident, une mauvaise utilisation, une transformation, une modification, le non-respect des instructions de service, l'utilisation de fluides incompatibles, l'utilisation au-delà des spécifica-
tions nominales décrites dans le manuel d'utilisation du produit, ou les produits usés, contaminés, rouillés, chauffés, meulés ou utilisés pour une finalité autre que celle pour laquelle ils ont été prévus. Par ailleurs, cette garantie ne couvre pas les éléments
ou les matériaux, comme les joints, qui s'usent pendant le fonctionnement normal du produit. L'existence d'un défaut doit être déterminée par OTC conformément aux procédures établies par OTC. Cette garantie ne peut être ni transformée, ni modifiée.
CETTE GARANTIE REMPLACE TOUTE AUTRE GARANTIE EXPRESSE OU IMPLICITE, LAQUELLE EST EXPRESSÉMENT EXCLUE OU REJETÉE, Y COMPRIS, MAIS SANS S'Y LIMITER, TOUTE GARANTIE DE QUALITÉ MARCHANDE ET
D'ADÉQUATION À UN USAGE PARTICULIER.

Salvo que se indique de otro modo en esta garantía, los Productos están garantizados frente a defectos de materiales y mano de obra durante cinco años a partir de la fecha de compra.
La solución única y exclusiva para cualquier Producto que se considere defectuoso es la reparación o la sustitución, según decida OTC a su exclusiva discreción. Si se considera que esta solución exclusiva no ha conseguido lograr su propósito esencial,
la responsabilidad de OTC no será en ningún caso superior al precio de compra del Producto. En ningún caso se considerará a OTC responsable de cualesquiera daños directos, indirectos, especiales, incidentales o consecuentes (incluyendo lucro
cesante), ya sea basándose en la garantía, el contrato, la responsabilidad civil o cualesquiera otras teorías legales u obligaciones condicionales.
Esta garantía no cubre ningún Producto que haya sufrido daños debido a accidentes, abusos, alteraciones, modificaciones, incumplimiento de las instrucciones de funcionamiento, uso de fluidos incompatibles o uso que no sea el de las especifica-
ciones nominales según lo indicado en el Manual de Usuario del Producto, o que se hayan desgastado, contaminado, oxidado, quemado, triturado o se hayan usado para un fin distinto de aquél para el que fueron concebidos. Del mismo modo, esta
garantía no cubre los elementos o materiales, como pueden ser las juntas, que se desgasten a lo largo del funcionamiento normal del Producto. La existencia de un defecto deberá quedar determinada por OTC de acuerdo con los procedimientos
establecidos por OTC. Esta garantía no se puede alterar ni modificar.
ESTA GARANTÍA SUSTITUYE A CUALESQUIERA OTRAS GARANTÍAS EXPLÍCITAS O IMPLÍCITAS, QUE QUEDAN POR EL PRESENTE DOCUMENTO ANULADAS Y EXCLUIDAS, INCLUYENDO ENTRE OTRAS POSIBILIDADES CUALQUIER
GARANTÍA DE COMERCIALIZACIÓN O DE APTITUD PARA UN PROPÓSITO PARTICULAR.
