- To start the treadmill, press the 'Start/Stop' button on the remote control. To stop the
treadmill after your workout, press the button again.
- The movement data will be saved on the treadmill. If you turn off the treadmill and then
turn it back on, the data will continue to be recorded.
- NOTE: Switching off the power supply will result in the loss of movement data.
- To adjust the speed in increments of 0.1, press the '+' or '-' button once. To adjust the
speed in increments of 0.5, hold the '+' or '-' button for more than two seconds.
- Press the 'Mute' button to turn off or activate the buzzer prompt tone.
- Press the 'Back' button to restore or recover the previous settings.
- Press the 'M' button to select the exercise mode. Choose among different modes, such
as calories, distance and time. Once you have selected your desired mode, press the
'Stop/Start' button to start the treadmill. Adjust the speed using the '+' or '-' button.
- To select an exercise programme, press the 'M' button. Choose from various
programmes, including P6, which is a built-in programme.
- Each segment's running time is determined by dividing the total programme time by 30
minutes.
- To switch to manual mode, press the 'Back' button twice. After selecting the desired
programme, press the 'Start/Stop' button – after a three-second delay, the treadmill will
start at the speed set for the first segment. The treadmill will automatically transition to the
next segment.
- During the programme, you can adjust the speed to your preference.
- When complete, the treadmill will gradually slow down and come to a stop. Alternatively,
you can press the Start/stop button.
The motion programme includes six built-in data tables:
Time
Range of data displayed by each window:
TIME: 00:00-99:00 mins
DISTANCE: 00.00-99 miles
CALORIES: 0-990 Kcal
