INTENDED USE
Pressure monitor for controlling pumps for rain water usage, water supply and surface irrigation
for home installations. For clear to slightly dirty water, free from aggressive and abrasive elements.
For this model, the water column between the pump and the highest point of use should not
exceed 15 m and the pump should provide a minimum pressure of 2.5 bar. Use the product only
for the purpose it is intended for. The manufacturer accepts no liability for damage caused by
improper use. Any modification to the product may negatively impact safety, cause hazards and
invalidate the warranty.
Only suitable for domestic use; not for commercial use.
UNPACKING INSTRUCTIONS
Open the box and remove the product. After unpacking, please check the product for damage
and to ensure it is complete. Subsequent claims cannot be accepted. This product is subject to
rigorous testing and standards in accordance with EU directives so that we can offer you a product
that is absolutely non-hazardous to your health. However, you may encounter a slight initial odour;
this is not harmful to your health in any way.
ASSEMBLY
PRESSURE INDICATOR
The pressure indicator is attached using an O-ring, two screws and a cover. The pressure indicator
can be attached to the side of the control device using the cylindrical connection by means of the
O-ring and both of the included screws. The screw head must be attached on the opposite side
of the pressure relief valve (without O-ring or Teflon).
HYDRAULIC CONNECTION
Before you go ahead with hydraulic connection, it is important to prepare the pump properly. The
control device should always be in a vertical position, so that the inlet opening (male 1") can be
connected directly to the pump outlet and the side outlet (male 1") can be connected to the
network. Avoid the check valves. The following accessories are recommended: Flexible with a
dismantled connection for mains connection which protects the assembly from possible distortions
and vibrations. A ball valve ensures that the pump is isolated before assembly.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
CAUTION! Only have this done by a qualified specialist!
Ensure that the given voltage is 220/240 V, unplug first. Remove the cover ① of the electrical
circuit board and make the connections according to the diagram on the board ②. The control
device can also be used for 3-phase or single-phase connections with currents higher than 10A,
using an auxiliary contact. In this event, the electrical connections must be made in accordance
with the diagram in figure 4.
