STORAGE
1.
The machine must be stored in a place free of dust, corrosive chemical gases or flammable substances and
with humidity lower than 80%.
2.
Keep it away from sun and rain, in a room with a temperature between -10ºC and + 40ºC.
3.
It must be placed at a distance of 30 cm from the wall.
4.
If you store several machines together there must be a minimum distance of 30 cm. between them.
5.
If there is no good ventilation in the storage place, it will be necessary to use a fan.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Good maintenance will extend the life of the machine. Prolonged or constant use may require more intensive
maintenance for the machine to continue to function properly. The table includes some of the most common problems,
their causes and remedies.
PROBLEM
1. The pilot light is off, the fan
is not running, and the fan is on
output.
2. The pilot light is on, but the fan
does not work, and there is no
welding output.
3. The fan does not work, the
pilot light is off, there is no HF
output power, the arc does not
work.
4. The emergency light is not on,
there is no sound of electricity
being released.
5. The pilot's emergency light is
off, the light is switched off, there
is no electricity release sound, no
welding and no cutting output.
1.
The power switch is damaged.
2.
Check whether the power supply connected to the input cable is live.
3.
Check for a short circuit in the input cable.
1.
It may be misconnected to the 380V power supply causing a surge
protection, reconnect it to a 220V power supply, replace the fuse and
restart the machine.
2.
The auxiliary transformer is damaged.
3.
The fuse is damaged.
4.
Poor voltage protection.
5.
The cable from the bottom panel switch is loose, tighten it again.
6.
The relay on the bottom panel is damaged, replace it.
1.
The voltage for the power board for the VH-07 on the MOS should be
approximately DC308. a) It may be a short circuit if the jumper cable
is properly connected. b) There are 4 capacitors on the bottom plate,
there may be leakage, just replace it.
2.
The auxiliary power supply is not correct, it must be DC24V.
3.
Check all machine connections
4.
There is a fault in the control circuit, find out the cause or contact
the seller.
1.
The main transformer cable and the power supply plate are not
connected properly, retighten them.
2.
The nozzle rust or is too far away; clean the rust off the surface or
reduce the distance to 1mm.
3.
The MMA/CUT shift switch is broken, replace it.
4.
Certain main parts of the Hf arc are damaged, check and replace them.
1.
The welding cable is damaged.
2.
The grounding wire is damaged or not connected to the workpiece.
3.
The output terminal "+" is not connected correctly.
